WindBorne Systems is supercharging weather forecasts with a unique proprietary data source: a global constellation of next-generation smart weather balloons targeting the most critical atmospheric data. We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer - Contract to help us build the next generation of our team during a critical growth phase.
This position focuses on research, outreach, and candidate pipeline development, identifying and engaging exceptional talent for our most strategic technical and operational roles.
You’ll work closely with the People and Hiring teams to keep a steady pipeline of qualified candidates moving into interviews, ensuring that WindBorne’s hiring efforts stay proactive and efficient.
